This rigorous evaluation comprises of an in-depth interview and the use of standardised and non-standardised tests to determine whether an individual is fit for work and future capacity for work.
Worksite Evaluation
An on-site worksite evaluation is offered to determine the fit between the work tasks and the individual's functional capacity through an in-depth job demands analysis.
Ergonomics Evaluation
This evaluation incorporates ergonomic principles to improve work performance and helps to establish the optimal use of display-screen-equipment.
Comprehensive Driving Evaluation
We offer comprehensive driving evaluations for people following medical illness, injury or disability which may impact the person's ability to drive. This evaluation comprises of a battery of tests to screen driving ability prior to conducting an on-road driving evaluation. We are members of the Driver Fitness Coalition (DFC).
Case Management
Vocational rehabilitation case management is an ongoing service for a specific time period to assist both the employee and employer during the transition period of returning to work. The occupational therapist provides guidelines with regards to implementing a graded return to work plan.
PGAP / Individual Rehabilitation
Our therapists are certified PGAP providers. The Progressive Goal Attainment Programme is an evidence-based treatment program for reducing disability associated with pain, depression and other chronic health conditions.
